Condo Inspection

A condo inspection is in many ways similar to a home inspection. The main difference is the exception of all external  items (windows, exterior wall cladding etc.) and common areas.  Included in a condo inspection are inspections of the doors, the floors, the windows, the walls, the electrical, and the plumbing in the unit.  Additionally, I will date all appliances and tell you their typical lifespan to give you an idea of what items may need replacing sooner than others.  At the end of the inspection, you will receive a short list of items needing fixing/replacement that you and your realtor can take to negotiations, and in the process, learn about how to best care of your new property.
